Colorado Department of Real Estate (DRE) Licensed
Metrolink Realty is a licensed real estate brokerage operating under the Colorado Department of Real Estate. Our broker license ensures we are authorized to represent buyers, sellers, and lenders in all real property transactions throughout the state of Colorado, including REO sales, short sales, and standard transactions.
All of our agents are individually licensed by the Colorado DRE and operate under the supervision of our licensed broker, maintaining full compliance with Colorado real estate law.
REO Specialist Experience
Our team members have extensive hands-on experience in REO asset management and disposition. This includes direct experience working with national servicers, asset management platforms, and financial institutions on the efficient disposition of bank-owned properties. Our REO experience spans:
- Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) — interior and exterior
